How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that certain oversized furniture items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do you offer 'Click & Collect' in-store pickup?
Yes, we offer free in-store pickup at most Bouclair locations. Simply select the 'Pick Up In-Store' option at checkout and wait for your 'Ready for Pickup' email notification.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. You can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placement. After this window, we are unable to make changes, but you may return the items once they arrive.
