At Bouclair, we want you to love your home decor; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please ensure items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a seamless return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account to locate your order history and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or bring it to your nearest Bouclair store for an immediate exchange.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
